Michael Beers supervises a staff of four and facilitates relationships with other program directors and community service providers, and ensures that the physical plant is maintained.   Mr. Beers advanced his career goals at Harbor Interfaith, where he has been employed for 10 years

Erika Haywood – Case Manager

Erika Haywood graduated from Kean University in Union, New Jersey with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a minor in Management Science. She has worked with diverse cultures and backgrounds, lived in Mexico, Texas, New Jersey and Hawaii and traveled to many states.  Ms. Haywood hasexperince working with children, juvenile delinquents, domestic violence victims and now homeless families.

Triretta Kennedy - Case Manager

Triretta Kennedy has been employed with HIS since April 2003. Ms. Kennedy's duties include but are not limited to screening and interviewing applicants for the Family Shelter Program, assisting shelter residents in resolving problems and obtaining long-term goals through the use of government benefits and community resources.

Gilbert Suazo – Data Specialist

Gilbert Suazo has been with Harbor Interfaith Services since August 2008.  Mr. Suazo’s responsibilities are varied and include scheduling appointments, maintaining client files, providing clerical support and entering clients into the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS).  Mr. Suazo previous employer was Mail.com Media Corp, that provided internet and phone service.  Mr. Suazo is flexible in his duties as you can often see him performing computer maintenance and taking photographs.
