Ms. Tahia Hayslet handles staff supervision, financial management, resource development and administration of the agency. Ms. Hayslet joined Harbor Interfaith in1998 as Founding Director of ALL (Accelerated Learning & Living), our transitional housing program. Ms. Hayslet holds a Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences and a B.A. in Criminal Justice. Ms. Hayslet continues her education, and has recently completed the Stanford University Nonprofit Executive Leadership Program and the Wells Fargo Executive Services Corporation Leadership Program.

Ms. Caroline Brady-Sinco joined the agency as Development Director in December 2005. She brings a variety of talents, having worked as a newspaper reporter in the area for a decade and most recently serving as a community advocate for former Los Angeles City Councilwoman Janice Hahn. She worked in a similar development position at Habitat for Humanity, helping to raise $10 million for the More Than Houses capital campaign.

Diva Ramirez – Executive Assistant

Ms. Diva Ramirez is the assistant to the Executive Director. As assistant, her role is to provide administrative support to the Administrative staff and other agency program directors respectively. Ms. Ramirez comes to Harbor Interfaith with almost 20 years of administrative experience from various industries including commercial printing, retail, catering and event coordination, and most recently, real property/right of way consulting. Ms. Ramirez is working towards a degree in Psychology at Harbor College and has studied at Le Cordon Bleu (previously California School of Culinary Arts), Pasadena. Ms. Ramirez is fluent in Spanish.
Alma Herrera – Client Intake/ Volunteer Coordinator

Ms. Alma Herrera performs client intake duties for the Accelerated Learning and Living Program. Ms. Herrera is also responsible for coordinating Volunteers to assist HIS staff. From 2002 to 2004, Ms. Herrera worked for Harbor Interfaith Services part time in the HIS Kids after-school program & the Gimenez-Caulder Childcare Center. Prior to Harbor Interfaith, Ms. Herrera worked at The Texas Sheltered Care as a Direct Care Staff. This shelter housed minor illegal aliens who were caught by border patrol and where awaiting deportation. After the company’s closure in 2007, Ms. Herrera returned to California and in November of the same year found a new position with Harbor Interfaith Services.
Eric Gullet – Controller

Mr. Eric Gullett manages daily accounting and financial operations of the agency. Mr. Gullet holds a B.A. in Economics. Mr. Gullet is also an information technology (IT) specialist, and has initiated computer-based accounting and network systems for such companies as IBM Global Services, Prosum Technologies, and Equity Marketing.
Lynn Kronzek - Grant Writer

Ms. Lynn Kronzek searches for prospective (and monitors existing) funding streams; assesses their suitability to Harbor Interfaith; works with staff on related program development issues; and, writes many proposals. Ms. Kronzek is principal of Lynn C. Kronzek & Associates, a 24-year-old firm experienced in nonprofit advocacy and government affairs. An agency executive director prior to going into private practice, she is proud of her 18-year relationship with Harbor Interfaith. Ms. Kronzek holds a Master's in Public Administration from George Washington University, Washington, DC.
