Tahia Hayslet – Executive Director

Ms. Hayslet joined Harbor Interfaith in 1998 as Founding Director of ALL (Accelerated Learning & Living), our transitional housing program. Ms. Hayslet advanced her career at HIS and became Executive Director in 2005. Ms. Hayslet holds a Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences and a B.A. in Criminal Justice. Ms. Hayslet completed the Stanford University Nonprofit Executive Leadership Program and the Wells Fargo Executive Services Corporation Leadership Program.

Julie Parrino - Director of Development

Ms. Julie Parrino previously served as the Associate Executive Director of Team Prime Time and assisted the LAUSD. In 2009, Ms. Parrino founded Infinite Learning, a nonprofit enrichment program for children dedicated to continuing programs that have been eliminated from the school day due to budget reductions. Ms. Parrino obtained a B.S. in Social Science and teaching credential from CalPoly Pomona. She is also a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, obtaining her Master’s Degree from the University of Santa Monica.  Ms. Parrino is a regular guest speaker for the Elementary and Bilingual Education Department at Cal State Fullerton and furthers her own learning through Coursera courses.

Diva Ramirez – Executive Assistant

Ms. Diva Ramirez is the assistant to the Executive Director. She also provides administrative support to agency management staff. Ms. Ramirez comes to Harbor Interfaith with almost 20 years of administrative experience from various industries including commercial printing, retail, catering and event coordination, and most recently, real property/right of way consulting.  Ms. Ramirez is fluent in Spanish.

Eric Gullett – Controller

Mr. Eric Gullett manages the daily accounting and financial operations of the agency. Mr. Gullett holds a B.A. in Economics.  Mr. Gullett is also an information technology (IT) specialist, and has initiated computer-based accounting and network systems for such companies as IBM Global Services, Prosum Technologies, and Equity Marketing.

Michael Beers - Facilities Manager

Mr. Michael Beers oversees the agency’s facilities, including the 20-unit Emergency Family Shelter, the 24-unit Transitional Housing Program and the recently completed Family Resource Center, which houses the agency’s Children's programs, food pantry and administration. Mr. Beers has been with the agency since 2003 and previously served as director of the Family Shelter Program.

Lynn Kronzek - Grant Consultant

Ms. Lynn Kronzek searches for prospective (and monitors existing) funding streams; assesses their suitability to Harbor Interfaith; works with staff on related program development issues; and, writes many proposals.  Ms. Kronzek is principal of Lynn C. Kronzek & Associates, a 24-year-old firm experienced in nonprofit advocacy and government affairs.  Prior to, Ms. Kronzek was an executive director in the private sector. She is proud of her 18-year relationship with Harbor Interfaith.  Ms. Kronzek holds a Master's in Public Administration from George Washington University, Washington, DC.
