Murielle Kelly oversees the agency’s 24-unit transitional housing complex and ensures that the residents are meeting all program requirements. Ms. Kelly has Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice from Temple University and a master’s degree in Public Administration. Prior to Harbor Interfaith, she worked for Mercy First (formerly St. Mary’s Children & Family Services), Syosset, New York.

Ivan Acosta is the associate director of the Accelerated Learning and Living Program; Ivan graduated from Cal State Long Beach with a degree in International Studies. Prior to coming to Harbor Interfaith Services, Ivan volunteered at several non profits, and worked as a service coordinator and as restitution specialists, both positions where at non-profit agencies
