Ms. Murielle Kelly oversees the agency’s 24-unit transitional housing complex and ensures that the residents are meeting all program requirements. Ms. Kelly monitors the client intake process to ensure the most efficient model for screening applicants. Ms. Kelly has a master’s degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice from Temple University. Prior to Harbor Interfaith, she worked for Mercy First (formerly St. Mary’s Children & Family Services), Syosset, New York.
Ivan Acosta - Associate Director

Mr. Ivan Acosta is the Associate Director of the Accelerated Learning and Living Program. Mr. Acosta is tasked with implementing workshops for residents by recruiting various community organizations. Mr. Acosta conducts home visits wtih graduates of the program in order to ensure they contniue to utilize agency services and documents their progress. Mr. Acosta graduated from Cal State Long Beach with a degree in International Studies. Prior to coming to Harbor Interfaith Services, Ivan volunteered at several non- profits, and worked as a service coordinator and as restitution specialists, both positions where at non-profit agencies.
