Ms. Hayslet joined Harbor Interfaith in 1998 as Founding Director of ALL (Accelerated Learning & Living), our transitional housing program. Ms. Hayslet advanced her career at Harbor Interfaith and became Executive Director in 2005. She holds a Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences and a B. A. in Criminal Justice. She completed the Stanford University Nonprofit Executive Leadership Program and the Wells Fargo Executive Services Corporation Leadership Program.
Shari Weaver — Director of the Coordinated Entry System

Ms. Weaver has been with Harbor Interfaith since 2001, beginning as an administrative assistant and working her way up to Director of the Coordinated Entry System. She has attended Los Angeles Harbor College, the Los Angeles Sherriff’s Academy (she’s a former Deputy Sherriff), and is a longtime San Pedro resident who is deeply involved in the community.
Mike Radice – Director of Development

Mr. Radice has worked in development for over 20 years. He spent five years as the Director of Advancement for Catholic Schools in New York City. Prior to that, he raised money for arts organizations and has a book out in the field: Money Raising for Schools, 2014. In every position, his motivation has been to lift those who need a hand. He has a Ph.D. in Interdisciplinary Studies and Nonprofit Administration from The Union Institute and University, a Post-graduate Certificate in Museum Studies (Administration) from New York University, and a B.S. in Secondary Education from Miami University, Ohio.
Lynn Kronzek – Grant Consultant

Ms. Lynn Kronzek searches for prospective (and monitors existing) government funding streams; assesses their suitability to Harbor Interfaith; works with staff on related program development issues; and, writes government grant proposals. Ms. Kronzek is Principal of Lynn C. Kronzek & Associates, a 24-year-old firm experienced in nonprofit advocacy and government affairs. Prior to establishing the firm, Ms. Kronzek was an executive director in the private sector. She is proud of her 18-year relationship with Harbor Interfaith. Ms. Kronzek holds a Master’s in Public Administration from George Washington University, Washington, DC.
Claudine DeGennaro – Accounting Manager
Ms. Claudine DeGennaro joined our team in September 2015. She comes to Harbor Interfaith with a comprehensive background in accounting, financial reporting, compliance audits, analysis and system implementation. She has held key financial management roles in nonprofit, government, and private sectors for organizations such as the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority, 1-on-1 Academic Tutors, and Carnegie Hall in New York City. Ms. DeGennaro holds a Bachelor of Science with an Accounting Major from Kent State University, Ohio. On a personal level, Ms. DeGennaro has a history of active involvement with her local communities as a volunteer for children’s programs like Learning Leaders, Jumpstart and Reading to Kids.
Michael Beers – Facilities Manager

Mr. Michael Beers oversees the agency’s facilities, including the 20-unit Emergency Family Shelter, the 24-unit Transitional Housing Program, and the Family Resource Center. The latter houses the agency’s Children’s programs, food pantry and administration. Mr. Beers has been with the agency since 2000 and previously served as Director of the Family Shelter Program.
Wes Dugle – Volunteer Coordinator

Mr. Wes Dugle came to us after having done similar work for the Red Cross and as an AmeriCorps worker. He has a bachelor’s degree from San Jose State University and is a San Pedro native.
